The files needed for flashing:
MultiLoader
multiloder Samsung Kies - this program was in a CD which came with your phone
New Firmware
Hi. I should begin with often mistakes during flashing, which can cause into „security fail“.
You must prepare your computer. Write "msconfig" into command line (without quotes), select StartUp and click on "disable all". You can see it on this picture:

For maximizing a image click on it.


To your Samsung Monte's keyboard input *#7465625#. If you have SIMLOCK or NETWORKLOCK „ON“ you will probably  brick your Samsung Monte. DO NOT continue if you have one of these locks „ON“.
Don't forget to select all files in multiloader. Many people forget to select „amss“ and then they get „security fail“ erorr and don't know what to do. Do everything as it is at these pictures.
Do not forget that you are doing it on your own resposibility. Author of this guide is not responsible for possible damages. This guide is based on our own experiences.

The guide:

Do this:

1. Install Samsung Kies and make sure it comunicate with your Samsung Monte.
2. Disconnect your phone and exit Samsung Kies.
3. Set up your computer. (as written above).
4. Select restart now, after restart you are ready to flash.

DO NOT start Samsung Kies after flashing your Samsung Monte. After flashing you must restart PC with "enable all" setting. (msconfig - startUp - enable all).

Flashing:

You will need

1. USB cable to your Samsung Monte
2. Samsung Kies
3. multiloader
4. Firmware
5. Your Samsung Monte

Let's do it:

1. Unpack firmware somewhere, where you find it later.
2. Turn off your Samsung Monte, take out MicroSD card and SIM card. Take out battery and put it back.
3. So your Monte is turned off and not connected to PC.
4. Hold button sound – (down), camera and button for ending a call ("red" button). It must be holded contemporary. Your Samsung Monte will start into download mode.
5. Start MultiLoader

6. Connect your Samsung Monte to PC

Set up Multiloader:

1. Select BRCM2153
2. Check Boot Change
3. Check Full Download
4. MASTER ROM let unticked!! Because your phone will not start when it's ticked. (own experience:))
In Multiloader select these files:
5. Boot - select patch to boot files
6. Amss - select file amss.bin
7. Apps
8. Rsrc1
9. Rsrc2(Low) - Important! Select low, not mid or high
10. Factory FS file
11. CSC (Sometimes in another folder)
12. SHP
13. SPP
14. PFS

FOTA, Tune a ETC len unchecked.

Click on „Port Search“ until „Monte - ready". Then select this port and make sure you have ticked BootChange and FullDownload.
Click on "download". Be patient, it will take some time, until the flash is complete.

When the flash is successfully finished, you will see: „ok complete“

Your Monte should automatically start. If it doesn't, and MultiLoader has showed: "All files complete, disconnect phone", take out battery, wait for a while, get it back and start your Samsung Monte.
When your phone starts you see a text as at the next picture. It's load of the new firmware.

Disconnect your phone, get back microSDcard and SIM card. You can see your new fw by *#1234#“ into keyboard. You can use master reset (*2767*3855#) but it's not necessary.
If something goes wrong during flashing, do not start to start your phone!!! Restart your computer and flash again!

After flashing ur phone  u will get a Network sign.
HOW TO DISABLE NETWORK SIGN (E,G,3G)ON MONTE (the blue icon for example)
1.PRESS *#4777*8665#
2.UNTICK "POWER ON ATTACH"
3.SAVE N RESTART
