This phone does not block incoming calls for certain numbers, but it can automatically reject them.
To activate the auto rejection and set up the reject list,

Tap ON under Activation
Tap Add number
Enter a number to reject and tap Done
Tap Save
Tap the check box next to the number to activation it.
